Good product, slow shipping

I ordered a tub of whey protein and some creatine monohydrate. The products themselves were good quality, exactly what I expected from GNC. However, the shipping took a bit longer than I anticipated, about seven days. The packaging was secure, though. Overall, a solid purchase, but they could improve on delivery times.

Easy ordering, good support

I bought the multivitamin for men and some fish oil capsules a couple of weeks ago. The website was pretty easy to navigate, and I found everything quickly. I had a question about the 'Auto-Deliver and Save' option, so I used their online chat. Customer service responded within minutes and cleared up my confusion, which was great. My order arrived in five days, well-packaged and with no issues. The supplements are fresh, and I've been taking them daily. They even sent an email update each step of the way, so I always knew where my package was. I'm happy with this purchase.

Fantastic protein and pre-workout

Got my protein bars and pre-workout powder from GNC last week, and I'm really impressed! The ordering process was so smooth, and my package arrived in just four days. Everything was perfectly packed. The pre-workout gives me an amazing boost, and the protein bars are delicious. Will definitely be ordering from them again soon!

hey, anyone know if the BOGO 50% off deals stack with the 20% off first order coupon? trying to maximize my gains here.

J Jeff Robinson 3 weeks ago
Nah, GNC usually only lets you use one promo code at a time. The BOGO counts as a promo, so you probably can't stack it with the 20% off. You can often use your rewards points though.

Yeah, I tried that once. It wouldn't let me. Pick the one that saves you more, usually the BOGO 50% is better for bigger orders.

can you actually return opened supplements to GNC? bought some creatine that gives me mad jitters.

K Kyle W. 1 month ago
Yeah, their return policy is pretty chill. Even if it's opened, you can return it within 30 days. Just make sure you have your receipt or order info.

I returned an opened tub of protein once, no problem. As long as it's not like, mostly gone, they're usually good about it.

i'm trying to use a coupon code but it keeps saying 'invalid.' Any common reasons why it might not be working?

D Danielle E. 1 week ago
Could be a few things. Make sure it's not expired, or maybe it's for a specific product category you don't have in your cart. Also, only one code per order usually.

Did you type it in exactly? Sometimes it's case-sensitive. Or if it's a new customer code, you might already be logged in as an existing customer. Had that happen before.

how fast does shipping usually take to like, Ohio? need some pre-workout before my next big lift day.

D Danielle Hall 1 week ago
Usually pretty quick, like 3-5 business days standard. If you get over $49 it's free, which is nice.

I'm in Michigan, pretty close to Ohio, and my orders usually arrive within a week. If you need it super fast, you might wanna check if there's a store near you.

Are the GNC brand multivitamins actually legit or am I better off with a different brand? seeing a lot of mixed reviews online.

J Julia B. 3 weeks ago
They're fine, honestly. GNC is a pretty big name and they have their own standards. I take their men's multi and feel good. If you're super worried, look for brands with specific third-party certs.

My doctor actually recommended the GNC brand for Vitamin D, so I figure their other stuff is probably okay too. Not like it's some shady internet site.
